How It Works
This training format is as follows:
Online Brow Course
Learn and discover in-depth theory and specialized techniques through 5 Core Online Modules covering Brow Lamination, Brow Mapping, Brow Tinting, and Brow Waxing. Each module includes detailed video tutorials, demonstrations, and more — designed to prepare you for hands-on success.
Access to the online training will be granted one month prior to your in-person training day, giving you time to study, absorb, and build a strong foundation before your training day with Micah.

In-Person Training Day
Attend your in-person training day with Micah; A full-day with hands-on experience designed to refine your technique, boost confidence, and apply everything you've learned in the online course. Practice on two live models, complete skill-focused drills, and receive real-time feedback, mentorship, and final Q&A support to elevate your brow artistry.
Post-Training Support
After your In-person training day, you are entitle 3 months of direct Mentorship & support with Micah, and opportunity to book one 30-minute implementation Zoom call -- all in hopes to provide continued guidance as step into your Independence and you apply what you’ve learned as a growing Artist!

What Makes this Training Different From Others?

If you want to master the details that create wow-worthy brows, this is the course for you.
Where Are the Trainings Held?
All Winnipeg-based trainings are conducted at Standout Beauty Salon & Academy, located at 186 Provencher Boulevard, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Additionally, Micah holds annual training sessions in Vancouver, providing opportunities for students in that region to attend in person. Micah travels to Vancouver once a year to hold trainings as well.
Who Organizes the Models?
The student will have the opportunity to learn on two models to optimize training experience: Model #1: Brow Shape, Tint and Wax model Model #2: Brow Lamination, Shape, Tint and wax model Students are responsible for sourcing their own models for the in-person training day. Upon receiving the training deposit, Micah will send a confirmation email containing detailed guidance on selecting suitable model candidates. All models must be approved by Micah through submission of a photo showing their natural brows. For students traveling from out of town, Micah can provide models upon request.
When Will I Gain Access to the Online Modules?
Access to the online training portion of the course will be sent to the student one month prior to the in-person training date via e-mail and it is the student's responsibility to complete it prior to their training day.
What are the payment options?
(1) E-transfer , (2) Cash or (3) Via Credit Card/Invoice (subject to a 2.9% Transaction Fee) or (4) Interest-free Payment Plan Option
How Does the Payment Plan work?
Once the initial $450 non-refundable deposit has been made, the student has complete control on how they choose to make small incremental payments to pay off the remaining balance under three conditions: (1) When a payment is submitted, it must be a minimum of $300 (2) The remaining balance must be fully paid one week prior to the training date (3) Must be paid via e-transfer. If this option interests you, please mention this in your inquiry email.
How Does the Post-Implementation Call Work?
Each in-person student is entitled to one implementation call with Micah in which the student can schedule a 30-minute call with Micah after a minimum of one-month post-training. During the call, the student can ask for feedback and deep-dive on their work, ask for business advice and create a guide/plan on their next steps to elevating their skills or business. Note: An implementation call can only be booked within 3 months after the Student’s training day.

Shortly after, you will receive your Welcome Package Emails confirming your spot in the training along with your Training Agreement document.

Sign and submit the Training Agreement Form.

At the 1-month mark prior to the training day, you will receive another e-mail promoting your access to the Online Training portal where you may begin studying.
